Effective Date: November 4, 2026
Welcome to Eureka Body Care & Spa.
Our policies are designed to provide a professional, comfortable, and organized experience for all clients while respecting the time of our service providers and other guests.
Please review the following terms before scheduling an appointment, purchasing a treatment package, or redeeming a promotional voucher.
1. Appointment Cancellation Policy
Eureka Body Care & Spa requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not incur a cancellation fee.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
- Clients who fail to attend their appointments are subject to our no-show policy.
- Cancellation requests must be received before the 24-hour deadline.
Cancellation requests may be submitted by calling (212) 858-0706 or texting (833) 255-9387.
The policy applies to appointments booked online, by telephone, in person, or through authorized third-party platforms, subject to applicable purchase terms and law.
2. Late Arrivals & 10-Minute Grace Period
We ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointments.
A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be classified as a no-show at Eureka’s discretion.
In such cases:
- The appointment may be canceled without further accommodation.
- A $75 no-show fee may be charged.
- A prepaid individual service may be considered used and nonrefundable.
- One session may be deducted from a prepaid treatment package.
- An eligible third-party voucher may be redeemed or marked as used when permitted by the voucher provider’s terms and applicable law.
These charges or deductions apply only when properly disclosed and agreed upon before booking and legally permitted.
If the provider can accommodate a late arrival, the service may be shortened to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.
We cannot guarantee the full treatment duration for clients who arrive late.
3. No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when a client does not attend a scheduled appointment or arrives more than 10 minutes late and Eureka is unable or elects not to accommodate the appointment.
All no-shows are subject to a $75 fee or the applicable prepaid service forfeiture policy.
Depending on the booking and payment method:
- Unpaid appointments: A $75 no-show fee may be charged.
- Prepaid individual services: The scheduled service may be forfeited without refund.
- Prepaid treatment packages: One session may be deducted from the remaining package balance.
- Third-party vouchers: The voucher may be redeemed or marked as used when expressly permitted by the applicable platform terms and law.
Eureka generally applies one no-show remedy per missed appointment rather than combining the $75 fee with forfeiture of the same prepaid service.
Exceptions required by law or the applicable agreement will be honored.
Repeated no-shows may result in advance-payment requirements or restrictions on future booking privileges, consistent with applicable law.
4. Prepaid Treatment Packages — Final Sale
All treatment packages are final sale and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.
Treatment packages are offered at special pricing based on the purchase of multiple sessions.
By purchasing a package, clients acknowledge that:
- Unused sessions do not automatically qualify for refunds.
- Partially used packages are not eligible for voluntary refunds of remaining sessions.
- Packages are intended for the original purchaser and are nontransferable unless otherwise authorized.
- Package sessions cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Clients are responsible for scheduling and redeeming purchased sessions.
- Failure to attend appointments or complete a package does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
- Treatment results are individual and are not guaranteed.
Unused sessions must be redeemed in accordance with the package terms disclosed at purchase.
Any expiration or redemption period must comply with applicable New York law. No undisclosed expiration period will be imposed retroactively.
If a service cannot be provided because of medical contraindications, service unavailability, or other circumstances, Eureka will review the matter and provide any remedy required by law.
5. Package Sessions & Missed Appointments
When a client schedules an appointment using a prepaid treatment package, the appointment reserves a specific period of staff and treatment-room availability.
If the client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, fails to attend, or arrives more than 10 minutes late and cannot be accommodated, Eureka may deduct one session from the package.
A deducted session will be treated as used for scheduling purposes when this condition was disclosed and accepted before booking and is legally enforceable.
The client will not automatically receive a replacement session or refund.
Eureka may make exceptions at management’s discretion or where required by law.
6. Third-Party Vouchers & Groupon
Eureka may accept promotional vouchers purchased through Groupon or other authorized third-party platforms.
Advance Voucher Verification
Eureka reserves the right to request voucher information before confirming an appointment.
Clients may be required to provide:
- Voucher number or redemption code.
- Name associated with the purchase.
- Service or package purchased.
- Additional information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
This information may be requested to verify the voucher, confirm the applicable treatment, prevent duplicate use, and secure the appointment.
Providing voucher information does not automatically constitute redemption of the voucher.
Voucher Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments booked with third-party vouchers are subject to our 24-hour cancellation requirement and 10-minute grace period.
If a client cancels late, fails to attend, or arrives more than 10 minutes late:
- Eureka may apply the $75 cancellation or no-show fee.
- Alternatively, the voucher may be redeemed or marked as used when permitted by the third-party provider’s merchant agreement, voucher terms, and applicable law.
- A voucher validly redeemed under an agreed no-show policy may not be eligible for a replacement service or refund from Eureka.
- Voucher redemptions must follow the applicable provider’s procedures.
Eureka will not mark a voucher as redeemed for a missed service unless that action is permitted by the third-party provider’s rules and applicable law.
Where a voucher has already been redeemed for a completed service, it cannot be reused.
7. Deposits & Advance Payments
Certain services may require a deposit or full payment before an appointment can be confirmed.
Deposit amounts and payment terms will be disclosed before booking.
Deposits are generally applied toward the scheduled service.
If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or the client fails to attend, the deposit may be applied toward the disclosed cancellation or no-show charge.
Eureka will not impose duplicate charges for the same missed appointment unless separately disclosed, agreed to, and legally permitted.
Any legally required refunds will be honored.
8. Payment Authorization & Outstanding Balances
By providing a payment method and expressly authorizing applicable charges, clients agree that Eureka may process the amounts disclosed during booking or purchase.
This may include agreed deposits, service charges, and applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
A stored payment method does not, by itself, authorize every future charge.
Any charge to a stored card must comply with the authorization provided, payment processor requirements, and applicable law.
Clients with outstanding balances may be required to resolve those balances before scheduling additional appointments, subject to applicable law and professional obligations.
9. Refunds for Completed Services
Payments for completed services are generally final.
Eureka does not provide voluntary refunds solely because a client:
- Changes their mind after receiving a service.
- Is dissatisfied with a subjective cosmetic outcome.
- Does not experience the anticipated degree of improvement.
- Chooses not to continue with a recommended treatment plan.
Treatment outcomes vary, and no specific cosmetic result is guaranteed.
Concerns regarding service quality, safety, or treatment complications will be reviewed individually.
Nothing in this policy limits legal rights or remedies concerning negligence, improper services, or other legally actionable circumstances.
10. Medical Contraindications & Treatment Safety
Clients must provide accurate and complete information concerning relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, recent procedures, and other circumstances that may affect treatment safety.
Certain services may require consultation, screening, medical clearance, or written informed consent.
Eureka and its authorized providers may postpone, modify, or decline treatments when medically inappropriate or otherwise prohibited.
Clients should not attend appointments when they have a contagious illness or condition that could create a safety risk.
If a treatment cannot safely or legally be performed, any rescheduling, credit, or refund will be handled in accordance with the purchase agreement and applicable law.
Medical safety decisions take priority over scheduling and financial policies.
11. Illness, Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected illnesses, emergencies, and other circumstances may prevent clients from attending appointments.
Clients should notify Eureka as soon as reasonably possible.
Management may consider exceptions to cancellation or no-show charges based on the circumstances.
Any exception required by applicable law will be honored.
Eureka may request reasonable supporting information when appropriate and legally permitted, but clients should not send sensitive medical records through unsecured communication channels.
An exception granted for one appointment does not automatically modify the terms of future bookings.
12. Appointments Canceled by Eureka
Occasionally, appointments may need to be canceled or rescheduled because of provider illness, equipment issues, emergencies, or other operational circumstances.
If Eureka cancels an appointment, the client will not be charged a cancellation or no-show fee for that appointment.
Clients will be offered an appropriate rescheduling opportunity.
If Eureka cannot provide a purchased service, any refund, credit, or other remedy required by law or the purchase agreement will be provided.
13. Promotions, Discounts & Special Offers
Promotions may be limited to specific dates, services, treatment areas, or qualifying clients.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional offers cannot be combined.
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
- Offers have no cash value.
- Eligibility requirements must be satisfied.
- Services are subject to provider availability and treatment suitability.
Eureka may modify future promotions, subject to applicable law and previously completed purchases.
14. Gift Cards & Gift Certificates
Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable New York law.
Gift cards generally cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Any expiration dates, fees, or redemption restrictions must comply with applicable state and federal requirements.
Purchasing a gift certificate does not guarantee eligibility for a particular medical or aesthetic procedure.
15. Memberships & Recurring Services
Memberships and recurring service plans are governed by their specific enrollment agreements.
Applicable prices, billing schedules, included services, cancellation procedures, and renewal terms will be disclosed before enrollment.
Recurring payments require appropriate authorization.
Membership cancellation and renewal practices will comply with applicable New York law.
Unused membership benefits and refund eligibility are subject to the membership agreement and legal requirements.
16. Treatment Results & Expectations
Cosmetic and wellness treatment results vary among individuals.
Multiple treatments or maintenance sessions may be required.
Eureka does not guarantee specific results from laser hair removal, injectables, facials, microneedling, PRP, body contouring, massage, or other treatments.
Before-and-after photographs and testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes.
17. Preparation & Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following the preparation and aftercare instructions provided for their treatments.
Failure to follow instructions may increase the likelihood of complications or affect results.
If required preparation has not been completed and treatment cannot safely proceed, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Any applicable fees will be determined according to the disclosed booking terms and applicable law.
Clients should promptly notify their treating provider of unexpected symptoms or complications.
18. Minors & Parental Consent
Certain services may have minimum age requirements.
Minors may require parental or legal guardian consent, depending on the service and applicable law.
Some medical aesthetic treatments may be unavailable to minors.
Eureka may request proof of age or appropriate authorization before treatment.
19. Personal Belongings
Clients are encouraged to keep valuables and personal belongings secure.
Eureka is not responsible for losses unrelated to its negligence or other legally actionable conduct.
Please notify staff promptly regarding missing items or safety concerns.
20. Client Conduct & Spa Etiquette
Eureka is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
Harassment, threatening behavior, inappropriate physical contact, discriminatory conduct, or other behavior that compromises safety will not be tolerated.
Services may be discontinued or future appointments restricted for legitimate safety or professional reasons, consistent with applicable law.
Photography or recording of staff and other clients requires appropriate permission.
21. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients who have concerns about charges are encouraged to contact Eureka so the matter can be reviewed.
Eureka maintains appointment records, purchase confirmations, applicable policy acknowledgments, transaction records, and other relevant documentation.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, Eureka may provide appropriate transaction evidence to the payment processor or financial institution.
Clients retain all legally protected rights to dispute charges.
Nothing in this policy prohibits lawful chargebacks or consumer complaints.
22. Appointment Reminders
Appointment reminders may be provided by email, text message, or telephone as a courtesy.
Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.
Failure to receive a reminder does not automatically invalidate an appointment or waive cancellation terms that were properly disclosed and accepted.
23. Privacy & Confidentiality
Eureka respects client privacy and maintains personal and treatment-related information in accordance with applicable laws.
Certain medical information may be subject to additional confidentiality requirements.
Clients are encouraged to review our separate Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer.
24. Policy Updates
Eureka may revise its policies to reflect changes in business operations, services, and legal requirements.
Updated policies will be published on our website.
Changes will not retroactively eliminate existing contractual or statutory rights.
The policies applicable to an appointment or purchase will be determined by the terms properly disclosed and agreed to at the relevant time, subject to applicable law.
25. Client Agreement & Acknowledgment
Before confirming an appointment or purchasing a prepaid service or package, clients may be required to acknowledge the applicable terms.
These include:
- The 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling requirement.
- The $75 late-cancellation and no-show fee.
- The 10-minute grace period and possibility of no-show classification afterward.
- The applicable forfeiture of prepaid services or deduction of package sessions.
- The final-sale and nonrefundable nature of packages, except where required by law.
- The advance verification and applicable redemption rules for third-party vouchers.
- Any additional treatment-specific requirements.
Acceptance may be recorded electronically or in writing.
These policies do not replace any legally required medical informed consent.
